here we go again...Isaih Martin claimed he found 3 racist notes on his car ... "all lives matter" "you don't belong here" and "n^gger"
he posted a pic on social media and then filed a hate crime report with the police but after some very easy investigating they pulled footage from a nearly surveillance camera showing the victim placing the notes on his car and then stepping back and taking pictures.
no surprise to any of this so far except that the police announced they will not charge Bubba Martin as they claim a hate hoax is part of his 1st Amendment free speech privileges. So instead of teaching these nutcases a lesson they simply forget the whole thing and walk away...
Campus police claim that Texas A&M senior Isaih Martin was caught on a campus surveillance camera placing the notes onto the hood of his car. After placing the notes, Martin reportedly stepped back from the car and took pictures of the notes. Martin denies the accusation that he placed the racist notes on the hood of his car. He claimed that he stopped cooperating with the campus police officers’ investigation after they became suspicious that Martin had placed the notes himself.
Police shared their findings with the county attorney who determined no crime was committed since the notes did not contain a threat. “I was told that this fell under the 1st Amendment free speech protections and that no crime had occurred,” wrote the officer who filed the report.
